PRIMARY TITLE: Talent Acquisition Specialist
DIVISION/LOCATION: Talent Acquisition

DEPARTMENT: Talent Acquisition specialist REPORTS TO: Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for the ownership of the external and internal hiring process.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for administration of the candidate process for all open Agent positions including but not limited to: greeting of applicants, qualifying applications, calling new applicants, input of applicant data into the Recruitmax system, administering testing materials, conducting job interviews and placement.

Perform Background Checks on new hires.
Assists the Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist with Recruiting functions.
Responsible for meeting weekly / monthly hiring goals.
Maintain spreadsheets for the daily candidate by source and employee referral report.

Qualify internal applications. Post Internal job openings on Recruitmax.
Responsible for running email blast on employment websites.
Coordinate and maintain functional relationships with local job service and community service employment agencies.

Works on special projects, as requested. Other duties may be assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE
A minimum of 1 year recruiting and staffing experience is required.


EDUCATION:
Associates or higher preferred or equivalent HR experience.

EXPERIENCE:
  • Recent experience working in Human Resources.
  • Experience in interviewing large volumes of candidates required.
  • Experience in presenting in front of large group is preferred.


    SKILLS:
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to meet hiring goals within a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional image.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.


    OTHER:
    Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
    Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
