Description

As the Lead Quality Assurance Analyst, you will have 4-6 years Quality Assurance test and process experience working both in a team and individual tester capacity and 2 plus years experience with testing tools such as WinRunner, LoadRunner and Test Manager.

As the Lead Quality Assurance Analyst, you will need to complete the following tasks for each test project:
- Create the test matrix (Requirements Traceability Matrix) and test case survey documents.
- Review and design documentation.
- Review and assist unit testing.
- Create test cases from design documentation to match the business requirements.
- Execute test cases (SIT / UAT).
- Automation of existing test scripts / cases.
- Work with a demanding user base, capable of communicating to business users.
- Reduce overall test cycle times through increased automation.
- Work in a variety of technical environments, developing own skill sets to match the changing technological environment.
- Integrate load and stress testing into current test suite.
- Lead team on testing specifications.df-tc

Experience/Skills
Required Experience/Skills:

- 4-6 years Quality Assurance test and process experience working both in a team and individual tester capacity.
- 2 plus years experience with testing tools such as WinRunner, LoadRunner and Test Manager.
- Strong communications skills, solid knowledge of Quality Assurance and software development standard practices.
- Good understanding of process flow.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
