We have an immediate need for a Tape Back-up/IMAC/Deskside Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION
The technician must have an understanding of back-up and recovery. Will perform Tape Rotation duties such as swapping out tapes and tape back-up. TASKS INCLUDE SYSTEM MONITORING, PROBLEM ESCALATION AND MANAGEMENT, BACKUP SUPPORT. Once they have mastered tape rotation, then they will be assisting with occasional IMAC support (Installs/Adds/Moves/Changes). Must have excellent presentation and communication skills.

When there are occasional emergencies, must be needed for evening and weekend coverage.



Please note that this is a long term, 12 month+ W2 hourly contract position
