Description
Adecco Technical is currently looking for a Tech Support - CSR for one of our clients in Corona, CA. This is a temp to hire opportunity! Responsibilities: - Solves customer inquiries and/or technical problems through trouble shooting instructions. - Resolve technical problems that may require follow-up and/or escalation of the problem to superiors or those with higher levels of expertise. - May support customer communications via live chat, e-mail or phone. - Instruct users in proper installation of systems. - Recommends or performs minor remedial actions to correct problems. - Issues appropriate return authorization for customer returns as approved by management. Requirements: - High school education or equivalent GED and one to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and or ability required.
