Description
My client is a provider of communications services for folks in the education field. Their product provides a simple and effective way for people to stay connected. Users can receive emergency alerts, announcements, news, RSS feeds and other information on their mobile phones, hand-held devices & email.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Excellent customer service skills needed to provide first class tech support to users of system. Qualified candidates will have a college degree or equivalent certifications along with 2-3 three years of HelpDesk/Tech Support Specialist experience preferably with Java-based products. Outstanding communications skills/diction. Must have crackerjack technical skills and a fondness for gadgets! Again, this opp requires lots of patience and excellent customer service skills.

This is not a QA position - this is a Help Desk opp requiring patience and understanding to assist end-users with questions, etc.
