Job Title: Tech Support/Tester Tier I Job Location: Boise, Idaho Job Description: Software development company in need of a dynamic, friendly person to provide two areas of expertise. Tech Support: (Primary Role) Work with customers over the phone to troubleshoot problems. Requires a person with good sleuthing abilities and a calm attitude. It is essential to have a high degree of problem solving skills in relation to software issues. Tester: Provide regression testing as well as determine necessary testing. Will examine how the customers software interacts with Windows XP, multimedia functions, graphic cards, video, playback, codecs, etc. Candidates MUST have multimedia interaction experience.
