Immediate need for a full time Tech Support Agent seeking a convenient west side location, good starting pay and an excellent learning opportunity. Qualified candidates will have a keen understanding of Windows XP and MS Office 2003, a basic understanding of pc and laptop hardware as well as quick problem solving abilities.
