Description
Great company in Petaluma, currently seeking a tech support representative. In this position, you will be providing technical support , customer service, and troubleshooting assistance to customers. You will also be interfacing with company and in-field service personnel. Occasionally you will be dispatching service calls to local contract service centers and/or company employees. You will also be verifying and authorizing warranty work. The ideal candidate will have prior call center experience providing technical support in a high call volume setting. Should also have experience with windows 95, Word and Excel.df-tc
