Job Description:

The PeopleSoft Technical Analyst works with developers to help maintain the PeopleSoft technical environment. This responsibility includes assisting the PeopleSoft teams with technical requests, working with other developers to resolve PeopleSoft technical issues, and monitoring the PeopleSoft technical environment.

A Software Engineer contributes to the development, delivery and maintenance of technology-based business solutions. He/she is skilled in designing, coding, testing, and implementing configuration changes to software applications to meet both functional and technical requirements. He/she may have some oversight responsibility for the technology solution.

Key Responsibilities May Include:

- Provide technical support for the Level 2 help desk.
- Assists in analysis, assessment and resolution of issues.
- Testing and troubleshooting technical architecture.
- Interface with the client infrastructure organization and third party vendors/subcontractors to resolve issues

Experience/Skills
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

- 2+ years Level 2 tech support experience
- IT Administration experience with Windows NT and UNIX operating systems

Preferred Skills:

- Supporting PeopleSoft Applications
- Oracle database experience
- Experience with batch scheduling software (such as Autosys)
