Description
We have an immediate need for a Technical Analyst to support our client-s desktop service organization. Successful candidates will have a proven track record of superior performance in a high volume, technically challenging desktop support environment.

Position description:
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to large, diverse user community via phone and in person.
- Image workstations, migrate individual and group user communities, and administer local area networks.
- Configure and test peripheral equipment such as printers, PDA-s, etc.
- Perform additional PC-related roll-out and support tasks in a fast-paced move, add, change environment.

Required Skills:
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to connect and test computer components and accessories.
- Solid understanding of Windows and UNIX based PC-s.
- Must be able to create and test new images for desktops and laptops.
- Excellent PC, laptop, printer, and peripheral equipment repair skills.
- Experience supporting a large, diverse professional user environment.
