Description
Responsible for understanding the interdependency in the business processes that span the eCommerce team and working closely with the business analyst to translate Business Requirements into Technical Requirements. Additional responsibilities will include creating test cases, ensuring traceability between requirements and UAT, and ensuring strong business involvement through the system development process. The successful candidate will have 5-7 years of relevant IT experience in the area of requirements gathering and translation. Prior experience in collecting specifically eCommerce requirements is preferred; however, demonstrated evidence of solid requirements gathering skills and techniques is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Evidence of previous supplier management experience is required.

JobPurpose Handles complex internal and external end-user support issues. May provide work direction or mentor or others on project team or lower level staff, to include performance management and associate development.

Level Scope Work is project-oriented and actual tasks must be defined by employee. Understands company goals and practices and applies them when resolving a variety of problems. Receives only general instructions on new work. Uses judgment and creativity and sound technical knowledge to obtain and recommend solutions. (3) Ability to ensure all phases of support are managed effectively
(4) Ability to resolve customer related technical issues
(5) Ability to effectively communicate recurring technical issues from customers to the development team for quality assurance
(6) Knowledge of specific enterprise wide IT platforms and applications
