Technical Analyst

Midmark Diagnostics Group (MDG) is the industry leader in innovative diagnostic products and/or medical devices. A stable and dynamic organization, we are currently seeking a Technical Analyst to identify, research, and resolve complex technical problems.

Duties and Responsibilities:
*Recommends and manages escalation procedures to ensure service levels are being met.
*Documents, tracks, and monitors problems to ensure resolution in a timely manner.
*Recommends programs and process improvements that will bring optimum operating efficiency and utilization to the department.
*Present a competent and courteous demeanor to our customers that models customer centricity by listening, responding, and creating innovative solutions.
*Must have a firm grasp on the functionality of our products and on service and support procedures to make appropriate judgment calls on how to resolve or escalate an incident. Information must be given to the customer in a clear and concise manner.
*Proposes technical solutions to customers and EMR partners that include customer implementations of our Software applications.
*Work closely with engineering group and partners to resolve software issues.

Requirements:
*Bachelor's degree or at least 4 years of continuous experience in a closely related job or field.
*Must be computer proficient with Microsoft Operating Systems, thin client and wireless technology
*Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical product operation and computer manuals and documentation.
*Ability to effectively explain technical functionality and product use subordinates, customers, and management.
*Strong problem solving skills
*Must be a quick learner, ability to delegate and have good telephone etiquette.
