Job Description/Responsibilities:

The Technical/Business Analyst (web) is the liaison between stakeholders and the International Broadband Product Development team. This position reports to the Engineering Manager and indirectly to the Operations Manager.
You will be responsible but not limited to:

Top Skills/Qualifications:

Must be well-versed in modern Web (broadband), multi-tier application, designs, development, concepts, practices, technologies, and modern software development methodologies (Iterative, RUP, or Agile).

Hands-on experience and advanced skills with UML, Gantt, etc.

*


Hands-on experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements, functional specifications and use cases.

*


Strong communication and problem solving skills with broad experience communicating technical information to audiences with varying technical backgrounds. Must be fluent in English AND Japanese (Oral/Written) and be able to communicate technical information to Japanese and English speaking peers effectively. Must be diplomatic and flexible, yet able recommend and justify a clear direction and ensure that all interests are met.

Minimum travel is required. The candidate must be able to travel internationally.

Minimum 5 years of commercial experience as a technical or business analyst with at least 2 years in a Fortune 1000 company.

B.S. degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems or related field.

*
