Role:Technical Business Analyst

Location: Louisville, KY

Assignment Capsule:
As the Business Analyst you will work closely with Business Partners on documenting requirements to determine best practices. You will manage technical projects including determining resources needed, establish timelines, coordinate with other BSS and IT teams and facilitate meetings. You will also create technical and Business Partner's process design including writing the vision and scope. You will consult with business partners on reporting requirements, design, create and maintain user reports and create ad-hoc reports. Additionally, you will coordinate efforts concerning configurations with four IT departments :Testing(Regression, New Release Functionality and day-to-day support)

  • Must have advance skills with Excel and Access.
  • Must have Power Point
  • Must have programming ability with SQL
  • Must have familiarity with Visio
  • Experience gathering requirements for a technical project

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
  • Strong technical project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work 5-10 hours of OT per week
