Job Description
Our Duluth, GA client is seeking a Client Services Manager for a full time, direct hire position.
The candidate will be responsible for client satisfaction with Client's subscription services and for the financial performance of the Client Services team, as well as reporting activities and results to management. In fulfilling this role, the Client Services Manager manages a staff of technical professionals who deliver high-quality support services to clients. The Client Services Manager assures effective utilization of his/her team with the goal of 75% utilization of staff time for client-facing technical support activities. The Client Services Manager is a working-manager position. In addition to preparing and delivering regular "vCIO" services to clients of the company, a significant portion of his/her time used to provide direct client support.
Develop Key Performance Indicators & reports to meet Client objectives
Schedule support resources
Ensure all alerts and events resolved on time
Ensure that clients see multiple engineers
Maintain and deliver vCIO reports
Design, improve & document team processes
Conduct team performance reviews
Qualifications:
4-year college degree (IT relevance preferred)
5+ years IT support experience
3-5 years VB Script and automation experience
1-2 years SQL reporting experience
1-2 years management experience or training
MCITP: (1) Desktop + (1) Server (current)
