Description
Responsibilities:
Under close supervision, creates and maintains documentation for internal and external clients. Participates in client meetings and assists in research, fact finding, and in preparing proper documentation. Develops internal and external client contacts and attends internal meetings. Participates in testing of systems or processes.

Required Skills:
This position may be filled at a Level I, II, or Sr. Level I: Four-year college degree and no related experience or 2 or more years professional experience is required. Level II: Four-year college degree and 2 or more years of professional experience; OR, 4 or more years of professional experience. Level Sr: Four-year college degree and 4 or more years of professional experience; OR, 6 or more years of professional experience.All levels require excellent communication skills along with solid writing and grammar skills. Editing, research, and analytical skills required. Must be able to work independently as well as in teams. Must possess excellent interpersonal and organization skills. Basic PC knowledge is required.

Preferred Skills:
Appropriate TSYS experience is preferred. Technical writing background and strong computer skills preferred.df-tc
