Our Houston client is actively seeking to hire an experienced technical customer service analyst to provide telephone and email support of its software product.

Requirements include previous 4+ years of technical customer support including strong experience with SQL databases as well as Windows and Unix operating systems. Financial or energy industry experience a plus. Must have solid analytical and excellent communication skills.
