Description
The Customer Service Manager is responsible for direction of the Technical Support team to investigate, identify, troubleshoot and solve technical issues. This position is also responsible for the Customer Training and acts directly as the liaison between the Tech Support Group, Engineering, Sales and Operations. This is a hands on position and requires and individual with a sense of urgency and a drive to meet objectives.
-Bachelor's degree in technical/scientific discipline or equivalent experience is preferred.df-tc
Experience/Skills
-3 years of tech support experience, AND
-3 years managing customer service or tech support team
-Prior leadership of high performance teams in a matrix environment will expand this candidate's potential upward mobility
