Technical Delivery Manager









GENERAL SUMMARY

The Delivery Manager will manage the delivery of technical projects while working with a cross functional team of technicians, business specialist and project managers.






REQUIRED SKILLS



Demonstrated project delivery experience in a large complex organization. Preferably in the health insurance industry.
ERP project management experience a plus.
Demonstrated proficiency with technical writing and facilitation.
Experience as a Consultant leading cross functional teams to on-time, with-in budget project deliverables preferred.
Formal project management experience including experience with various types of Systems Development Life Cycle Methodology.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Ability to be a self starter and to work independently.
Demonstrated success working in complex organizations to extract, document and
communicate information to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft applications (Project, Visio, Access. Power Point etc.)


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS



Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related discipline. Masters degree preferred.

Minimum 5 years technical project management experience. Preferably in a health insurance environment.

PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
