Description
Immediate opening in Silver Spring, Md. for an experienced Technical Help Desk Mgr. Must have experience supervising a help desk and help desk personnel. Must be a good communicator and team motivater. Will coordinate with OCIO rep. on outstanding issues and projects. Track call volume and ensure resources are properly allocated. Resolve 'high priority' issues involving VIPs. Ensure SLA and SOP commitments are being met. Produce weekly statistics reports from the Call Tracking software as required. Produce trend analysis reports and draft recommendations as required. Administer call tracking software GWI's c. Support v4. Assist Security Admin with day to day maintenance of ePolicy Server. Will supervise 6 help desk techs who are supporting 450 users.
