Position Description: Competitive pay!
Experience Level: 2 year degree or HS diploma and 1-2 years experience.

Description: Tier-1 support.
Following established guidelines, responds to telephone inquiries concerning support, processing or request procedures, systems status and network connectivity.

Documents and may resolve basic problems regarding business applications and hardware and software.

Tracks status and follows up to ensure client satisfaction. Escalates to senior staff when solution is unclear. Reports problems with procedures.

Ensures Help Desk analysts are notified of customer impacts, as well as phone menu greetings and the System Outage Page are updated accordingly.

Escalates to or consults with senior staff when solution is unclear.

Reports problems with procedures and suggests improvements.

Excellent customer service, problem solving, written and verbal communication skills, detail oriented, have ability to multi-task, ability to work with all levels of associates, including high level management and resolver team personnel, be a team player with strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.

Key Skills
