Description
Duties: Will manage the recruiting process through the entire cycle starting with the search, proceeding to placement and ending with some consultant maintenance. Creatively source and build a database of qualified consultant candidates through: ongoing candidate and client referrals, direct recruiting, cold calling, researching, advertising, internet activity, job postings, association with out-placement centers, job fairs, colleges, universities, and technical schools. Run daily searches on recruiting database engines (internal and external). Utilize Internet, E-mail and other resources on a regular basis to network. Thoroughly screen candidates through in-depth personal and phone interviews, and detailed reference checks. Assess their skills and marketability. Gather background information about candidates that Account Executives may use to promote candidates to clients. Generate lead information on hiring managers (through reference checks, networking, etc.)

Should be professionally polished in attitude, presentation, image, and overall demeanor.

Essential Skills:
- Strong oral and written communication skills coupled with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office and recruiting database systems.
- Absolutely must have strong multi-tasking work ethic including strong organizational skills with emphasis on time management, follow up, and urgently preparing candidates for submittal .
- Must possess strong negotiating skills.



Compensation/Other: One of the best commission plans in the industry. Base salary to $40K (DOE) with full benefits. Overall compensation goal of $70 - 110K first year. Desirable Perimeter/GA400 location.
