We are currently seeking a highly experienced, very seasoned Technical Recruiter for Columbus, GA

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Recruiter is responsible for identifying and pre-qualifying IT candidates for potential client openings. Candidate activities include cold calling, matching technical skills, recruiting, interviewing, coordinating send-outs and closing. The Recruiter conducts assessment interviews including face-to-face, technical screenings, behavioral interviews, technical skill evaluations, reference checks, and background checks. Recruiter is accountable for ongoing professional development including market knowledge about issues that impact technology staffing, technology advancements and self-development of sales and recruiting skills. Interface effectively with internal Directors, Managers, and Account Executives in presenting pre-qualified candidates. Maintain significant involvement in technical networking organizations and events to maintain an effective referral program.

Experience/Skills
KEY SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
Ability to cold call and successfully interface with internal staff and candidates. Demonstrated understanding of the corporate environment. Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Network Infrastructure. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Customer Service orientation and attention to detail. Detail orientation with follow through shown in previous job. Able to communicate with and present at the executive level. Able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Exceptional interpersonal skills and professionalism a must.


REQUIRED SKILLS:

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or 3 - 5 years directly related business experience.
Technical recruiting/Sales experience with a proven track record of success.
Technical Staffing industry experience required.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
