Robert Half Technology is seeking an IT Recruiter whose functions will include locating top technology talent, interviewing applicants, consulting with candidates on industry trends and placing candidates. The recruiter reports to the Division Director and is primarily responsible for the following: - Use his/her proven technical background to develop and grow his/her own candidate base by making telephone calls and conducting in-person interviews to evaluate and identify skilled IT professionals that would be an asset to out clients.- Responsible for solidifying Robert Half Technology’s presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events.- Contact supervisors to determine candidate’s viability to support and resolve specific client needs.- Strategize with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals.RHI provides the industry’s most progressive training, tools and technology to assist the Account Executive in developing his/her business. Experience/Skills
Required Experience: Recruiting and/or IT experience (minimum 3 years). A combination of account development and account management skills are required.
