Technical Lead - C#, .Net, Java, DISA, AHLTA

What you will be doing:

Shall lead a team of about a dozen programmers. Will primarily be involved in technical oversight for the .Net, C# and/or Legacy VB6 staff. Reports to the Program Manager and will occasionally serve as liaison between client & designated government representatives as applicable to project completion. Help with Web development and oversee where the project resources are to best be utilized.

What you must have to qualify:
o At least 10 years of overall Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience
o 5+ years as an SDLC lead on a large scale development program
o Proficiency with CM tools, methods and ideology
o IIS Web Services, Java Swing, Hibernate is a +.
o Possess strong ability to inspire cooperation, confidence, and motivation of a team in a fast-paced environment (10 to 15 engineers)
- Experience with Java applications
o U.S. Citizenship and the ability to pass a Security Clearance
o Should have the technical acumen to provide technical guidance to the development team.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science

Nice to Have Skills
- AHLTA
- DoD and/or DISA development/production environment work experience
- Masters Degree in Computer Science
