Description:
Responsible for leading the Technical team comprising of Basis, Security, ABAP, Portal, XI and BW resources to implement Manufacturing (MM, PP, PM, SCM/APO, FIN, SD, WM, SRM/EBP) functionality in an FDA validated environment.


As Team Lead, responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

" Prepare and maintain Technical Team Project Plan
" Responsible for ensuring timely delivery of the SAP environments such as Sandbox, Development, etc needed during the project
" Responsible for managing technical design, coding and testing of enhancement within the SAP R/3 environment, including data conversion programs, XI/ABAP interfaces, BW/R3 reports, program developments and extensions.
" Ensuring technical and development standards are adhered and enhance/maintain as needed.
" Develop, nurture, and maintain relationships with technical team members and other
teams within and outside the project
" Mentoring of junior staff members
" Maintain Relationship with business and various IT groups (Architecture, System Operations, PMO, etc)
" Manage workload and assignments across multiple Streams ( Basis, Development, etc)
" Communicate to PMO and Project Lead as needed
" Manage Technical resources including Contractors and leads hiring process if required.

Requirements

" Experience as technical team lead in above mentioned areas.
" Ability to drive the project from Start to Finish (including multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations)
" Experience with the SAP NetWeaver (especially Portal, BW, and XI)
" Experience and knowledge of SAP 4.7 , SRM 3.x, SCM4.1 (APO)
" 5+ years programming experience within SAP R/3 environment including
the ABAP Workbench toolset, Dialog programming, BDC programming, ABAP
List Viewer (ALV Grid) reporting, and SAPScript/SMARTFORMS
" Implementation Experience with Business warehouse
" Good understanding of Basis and Security
" Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
" Excellent verbal and written communication skills
" Solution Manager experience is a plus
