Description
Trasys is currently seeking a Project Leader for a 12+ month contract in Louisville, KY.




As a member of the Industrial IT Business Intelligence Service Delivery team, the project leader is responsible for partnering with the functional project leader, IPO, Business Intelligence Service Support and Business Intelligence Service Delivery teams to oversee and drive project execution.




Primary responsibilities are as follows:


*

Partner with ITSG internal and functional project leader to drive Business Intelligence projects through the E1 - E5 phases of the eDFSS process.


*

Translate functional requirements into technical requirements, and work with members of the Business Intelligence team to evaluate/define technical solutions, project costs and schedule.

*

Lead the execution, design, development and implementation of projects.
This includes managing the prioritization and resolution of issues identified during user acceptance testing, and developing a plan to transition completed projects to the appropriate support team.

*

Develop and execute unit test plans.
Assist functional project lead in creating User Acceptance tests and end-user training plans.

*

Assist in determining root cause of issues identified during design and development.

*

Participate in IPO and e-tollgate project reviews.



Required Skills/Qualifications:

*

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer engineering, MIS or a related computer field.



*

Must have the ability to present technical information in a manner that is easy to understand.


*

Must have at least 3 years experience in project management.
