RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the production support teams for the Guest Master Data Management Database (GOMaster) and the Guest Data Mart (GDM) for Walt Disney Parks & Resorts. Drive stability in these business-critical applications through technical, business, and vendor management. Lead, coach and mentor Cast Members to become highly effective and efficient in their role.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
* Minimum of 5 years technical Project Management experience
* Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills
* Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as a leader of a high performing development team; providing timely coaching and mentoring, on-boarding and training, technical work reviews, recognizing Cast, and team building
* Proven ability to be a trusted subject matter expert on the application technical environment, strategy, implementation and usage
* Demonstrated ability to manage a Tier 1 technical environment including; utilization and performance monitoring, capturing and communicating metrics, maintaining technical currency, defining and managing to SLAs, and procuring hardware and software
* Proven ability to manage high severity incidents including; leading team to triage and resolve issues in a timely manner and communicating status to peers, business partners, and executives
* Demonstrated ability to manage resources against priority tasks, develop and manage project and implementation plans, and identify and fill resource gaps with internal and external resources
* Demonstrated planning and forecasting of labor, hardware, and software resources

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
* Demonstrated experience working with large operational and/or analytical Oracle databases
* Proven ability to lead a team through the software lifecycle methodology
* Proven ability to lead the implementation of a strategic architecture in a complex technical environment; translate the strategy into action plans and manage plans to completion
