We have an immediate need for a Technical Project Manager JOB DESCRIPTION Looking for a strong Technical Project Manager who has extensive experience in project management and exceptional technical writing skills. This person will join a newly established department that tracks Operating and Service Level Agreement performance for Internet application functionality. Individual will direct, monitor and deliver all activities for highly complex, high risk, strategic technology-based projects from initiation to delivery. Individual will work with business and technology partners to develop requirements, design alternatives, project schedules, and costs for new system(s). Minimum Qualifications: Combination of education and work experience typically equivalent to a Bachelors degree and 7 + years technical project management experience. Strong experience in developing documentation based on business requirements, use cases, and subject matter expert interviews. Strong experience in ensuring technical documentation is accurate, complete and adheres to standards for quality, graphics, format and style. Proficient in the use of PC and related software applications. Strong verbal and written communication, listening and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently, as a part of a team or one on one, including development managers, project managers, subject matter experts and application/system engineers. Demonstrated ability to multi-task with several documentation tasks within changing priorities. A proven track record of successfully completing projects in a fast-paced and rapidly changing technical environment, where multiple responsibilities are handled and priorities adjusted. Experience managing large complex projects from initiation to delivery. Familiarity with Internet Banking business. Fluency with Internet technology. Project Management Professional Certification.
