Description

ACS is looking for a highly motivated professional to provide on-site project management, coordination, design of technical\operational solutions, and administrative support to a complex business process outsourcing contract, project or task(s), or ACS unit. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker possessing strong technical competence and excellent communication and problem solving skills and who can apply a broad knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures to the problems at hand and should possess a minimum of two years of work experience. The ability to work directly with the client to understand finance and accounting business processes is a must. The candidate will be able to apply process analysis to proprietary technology tool sets, identify gaps, and work with the leadership team to address issues through change management and technology solutions. Quality driven a must, errors can cause considerable delay, expense, and/or business disruption. This position will have the opportunity for international travel and future growth within the ACS organization.

Candidate Specifics
Work directly with fortune 500 companies to understand and document current finance and accounting business processes and organizational models
Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues
May assist in preparing bids, specifications, test, and progress reports that will include estimates of materials, equipment, production costs, process improvement or changes, performance requirements and delivery schedules
May introduce/implement administrative, financial, or process control procedures, which improve the effective operation of the unit
Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems
Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in operating systems across the organization
Create system models, specifications, diagrams and charts to provide direction to system programmers
Participate in design sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow
Identify and establish scope and parameters of systems analysis in order to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actions.
Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, and other post-implementation support
Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems
May conduct/compile/make special analyses, reports and presentations of budgets, performance, forecasts, etc., as requireddf-tc
