Adecco Engineering and Technical, a division of the world leader in the recruitment of engineering and information technology professionals, has an immediate opening for a Technical Project Manager on a Contract opportunity with a leading company in the East Bay.


Technical Project Manager (part time)
We are looking for a technical project manager to lead development of a community based website. You should be able to:
* Have a solid understanding of LAMP frameworks
* understand the product development life cycle and be able to assist in testing and development if needed.
* coordinate with multiple developers regarding specific features being worked on (some of our developers are in the Bay some are remote) and help to file and resolve bugs when needed.
* Because the site is a research project you need to be able to communicate progress on a daily basis to all the researchers on the project.
* Understand and help with the specification and deployment of new features
* Know what SVN is and how we should be using it to handle source control
The following are
* Experience building projects in Joomla
* Experience with building media (video and music) based sites

This is a part time opportunity - 20 hrs. a week (Onsite/Telecommute)
