We currently have an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated Technical Recruiter in our market-leading Columbus office. We are seeking an exceptional individual to be an immediate contributor to growing market share in new and existing "A-list" accounts.

Experience:

Job Requirements/Candidate Characteristics:

. Goal-oriented with the ability to independently manage a wide range of recruiting activity in a fast-paced and high growth environment.
. Outstanding interpersonal communication skills and ability to quickly build rapport and relationships with applicants, co-workers and clients.
. Excellent attention to detail to ensure compliance to quality system requirements (ISO 9001).
. Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous recruiting projects; balance competing priorities and respond rapidly to evolving client needs.
. Self-directed and assertive with a strong work ethic and sense of accountability.
. Adept at working in a tightly integrated, team environment.
. Good understanding of a broad spectrum of Information Technology skills.
. 3+ years experience in Recruiting or related role in the Information Technology Services Industry.
. Candidates with the right skills and experience as IT Professionals may also be considered.
. Solid network and relationships with Information Technology professionals in the Columbus market is a MUST.
