Description
Working independently and as part of a team, the Technical Recruiter is responsible for the acquisition of new orders, sourcing, qualifying and presenting strong candidates to customers and driving the recruiting process to a successful closure. The Technical Recruiter develops and maintains positive and consultative relationships with targeted clients and candidates by consistently providing an exceptional service experience. Clients and candidates are identified through a variety of resources including traditional and advanced Internet search techniques; community based networking, prospecting, cold calling, head hunting and direct sourcing.

Meet minimum monthly production requirements and contributes to the overall success and growth of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:
*Develop own client and candidate database through self-generated efforts and through database resources as provided
*Build a client base of qualified leads and implement phases of Target Process for each
*Maintain minimum standards and increase sales for temporary/contract billing and full-time cash-in
*Continuously develop candidate base through recruiting, direct sourcing, head-hunting, reactivating and referrals
*Interface with clients to identify needs, present solutions and to obtain job orders
