Cynergies Solutions Group is currently seeking a Full time Recruiter to join our highly successful team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience recruiting in the IT staffing industry and the drive and ambition to be the very best.

Responsibilities

- Interview and screen potential consultants including: face-to-face and phone interviews and reference checking.
- Maintain consultant availability list and current database by performing update calls.
- Locate and contact qualified consultants for contract assignments and permanent requirements.
- Pass leads to sales generated from recruitment activity.
- Participate at job fairs and open houses when required.
- Be a mentor for sourcers and administrative staff.
- Interview and reference check of consultants.
- Maintain agreed upon number of qualified consultants sub mitted to open requirements and number of placements.
- The ability to build lasting relationships built on honesty and integrity.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Technical recruiter with at least 3-5 years of recruiting experience
- Track record of recruiting, placing and retaining top-tier information technology candidates on assignment.
- Experienced in developing and implementing creative recruiting solutions that have solved difficult recruiting problems.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain candidate relationships across multiple technologies.
- Understanding and applying the entire recruiting life cycle.
- Good candidate presentation to interview ratio and good candidate interview to offer acceptance ratios.
- Evidence of achieving high levels of satisfaction with hiring managers and candidates over length of career.
- Strong people skills including good communication ( telephone and in-person), organizational, ev aluation, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of current information technology services, practices and trends and overall knowledge of business and finance.
- Ability to influence and build credibility and confidence at all levels.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Internet including in-depth experience in mining and sourcing off Job Boards.
- Strong personal and work ethics and integrity; Proven tracking record of creativity, flexibility and professionalism.
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications or similar discipline, equivalent work experience.
