SmartSource is a technical resource company providing a wide range of IT staffing solutions to companies across the nation

We are currently in need of a Technical Recruiter to work onsite at one of our customers in Ontario, CA

Key Responsibilities:
Understand and articulate business and technical job requirements
Source talent through traditional methods (e.g. Internet Job posting searching, cold calling) and also through more aggressive creative methods (e.g. referrals).
Efficiently identify and screen talent against specified job requirements per company policy and procedures.
Gather and communicate detailed information regarding candidate's skills and experience and identify special needs or circumstances important to the consideration process
Provide status updates, request additional information, provide detailed candidate submittal information, etc.). .
Good customer service skills and project management experience.


Required Skills / Experience
Minimum of 1-3 years IT Recruiting experience.
Ability to comprehend technical requirements in line with screening mid and senior level technical professionals.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal and organizational skills
Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations
Ability to organize and meet tight deadlinesdf-tc
