Description
BearingPoint is seeking a Staffing Specialist to implement the recruiting and placement activities within specific geographies. Will be responsible to meet all recruiting and placement metrics with typical supervision required, and considered to be knowledgeable on staffing tactics and processes.

Duties
* Responsible for filling all openings utilizing existing global GTS and BearingPoint resources whenever it is appropriate.
* Act as an external recruiter once all internal avenues have been exhausted.
* Meet established hiring targets
* Generate qualified candidates through cost-effective efforts (i.e., alternative sourcing)
* Develop knowledge of the marketplace to ensure GTS competitiveness in hiring
* Coordinate interview process
* Source to particular strategy as defined in the performance metrics for GTS staffing
* Promote employee referral bonus program.
* Ensure compliance with EEO/Diversity policies including applicant flow logs
* Serve as communication liaison for everyone involved in staffing process
* Accurately report and track candidate data as requested
* Participate in special projects/task forces as assigned
* Trained on Behavioral Interviewing techniques

Requirements
* Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
* 3+ years job experience of technical recruiting experience is a must. Technical Staff Augmentation recruiting experience required.
* Excellent verbal/written communication & interpersonal skills
* Show ability to act a leader among team members
* Proven understanding of Recruiting and sourcing concepts.
* Demonstrated ability to execute technical staffing strategy
* Ability to support/interact with senior practice members
* Demonstrated efficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software; Microsoft Suite preferred
* Proven ability to handle multiple projects
* Previous database/recruiting software experience preferred (various Applicant Tracking Systems, MS Access, FoxPro, etc.)df-tc
