Description
To support Kforceâ??s continued aggressive growth and increasing customer demand, we are looking for a Technology Recruiter. Responsibilities include identifying, qualifying, matching, advising and managing of your candidates in an ethical, responsible and results-oriented manner. You will use your recruiting and/or technical background to recruit and source IT candidates through our existing database, advertisements, internet searches, referred business contacts and direct recruiting methods. You will also maintain/increase Kforceâ??s presence in the local marketplace through participation in networking organizations and events.

Requirements:

You must be able to demonstrate excellent recruiting, negotiation, communication and problem solving skills in a fast-paced environment. You must have the ability to motivate and lead by example as well as handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2+ years recruiting and a BS/BA degree.
