We are looking to ad to our staff a Technical Recruiter.

This position is responsible for the recruiting needs within both facilities --Tampa, FL and Oklahoma City, Ok.

The responsibilities for the position are as follows but not limited to --

Identify and recommend recruitment strategy for all assigned open positions.
Screen resumes and applications, schedule applicant appointments, and conduct in-depth interviews.
Ensure that all the required paperwork is complete.
Conduct reference checks, negotiate offer packages and draft offer letters for selected candidates.
Schedule drug tests, background check and process results as needed.
Communication --oral and written are a must.
Knowledge of computer software -- including --MS Office --Word, Excel, Outlook.
Must know the market and have local contacts within the market.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, and should be able to think outside the box.
