To be successful with us you will need:

• A Bachelor degree (any major)
• Strong people reading skills
• An ability to identify and match personalities
• Excellent one-on-one people skills
• High energy and lots of enthusiasm
• Excellent memory
• A personality driven by numbers, statistics, and goals
• High level of intelligence
• Excellent English skills (grammar, spelling, capitalization, punctuation, oral) and team-oriented attitude with a professional, corporate image.
• Ability to pass a background check (no convictions for felonies or misdemeanors involving theft or moral turpitude)
• A successful track record as a high performance recuiter with documentation to back up your claims (commission reports, W2 statements, etc.)
