UBS is interviewing for a full time internal technical recruiter with our firm in Atlanta , GA. The ideal candidate must be well versed in full life cycle recruiting: sourcing IT talent, screening, resume submission, interview preparation/interviewing, reference and background check, hiring, and negotiating offers. You will provide strategic and tactical recruiting support to the business development team. You are expected to understand business goals, then identify, source, screen, and attract a slate of candidates to meet job requirements. You must be an experienced, professional, IT recruiter, having successfully worked on the agency side, or a large consulting organization, recruiting full time professionals in both commercial and federal space.
