Role: Technical Resource Manager
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Employment type: Full time/ Permanent
Compensation: $50K to $60K including comissions


Job Summary:
Partners with Sales and Recruiting in screening resumes and matching candidates' profiles with client staffing requirements. The candidate should be able to understand the staffing requirement (skills / role etc.) and should be able communicate the requirement specifications to the recruiting team members. This role would have high interface between our staffing sales team and recruiters including participation in sales meetings. The ideal candidate will help understand the client requirement, manage the recruiters and get the best possible resumes from them and interview / shortlist the most suitable candidates from the resumes received resulting in high placements with our clients.


Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist Sales Managers in understanding technical IT requirement from the client
- Convert specifications of a requirement into recruitment specifications
- Work with recruiting team in identifying ideal candidates for a given requirement
- Conduct technical screening of the candidates proposed by the recruiting team
- Coordinate with the client during the selection process
- Work with the recruiting team during closure
- Work with the recruiting and operations team on the logistics of delivering a resource on site in a timely fashion
- Maintain market intelligence in terms of pool of candidates, client environments, project timelines, etc
- Monitor and prioritize requirements based on the difficulty, level of competition and chances of closure


Job requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Science or Engineering (Computer Science preferred)
- 1 to 5 years of IT experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Knowledge of staffing industry dealing with diverse workforce
- Technical / software certifications are a plusdf-tc
