Description
Medical company in Arcadia seeks a Technical Service Representative. Position requires minimum of two years job related experience. The background company is looking for is someone who has help desk experience or has worked for a cable or phone company where they had to trouble shoot. Candidate will be answering all incoming phone lines trouble shooting and educating customers on different products. Assist customers with order re-placement of product orders, process product repairs, assist with the maintenance of the back order report. Must be PC literate, have a high school diploma, excellent communication skills and have professional and proper telephone etiquette a must.
