Manage Help Desk, Customer Support, Work Stations, Windows Servers and MS Office personnel and coordinate assigned task. Function as a working Manager to assist in the maintenance of site servers, site network equipment, telephony, desktop hardware and peripherals to ensure proper functioning of IS and upgrades as necessary.

Experience/Skills
BS degree with a minimum of 3 years as a Computer Technician or equivalent with a minimum of 2 year supervisory experience in a Windows environment focusing on upgrading support through establishment of a Help Desk. Must have experience managing highly technical staff, with the personality and sincere interest in customer support, managing resources and creating an efficient response to support a minimum or 300 users local users.
