Buena Park, CA: Rewarding position as Technical Services Representative! This very well know Music/Electronics company is in need of a computer guru.....Responsible for providing technical assistance via the phone to dealers, field tech and customers, as well as assistance to sub contract agencies. Will also be responsible for: Providing high quality product repairs with an average turn around time of 10 days, research technical data and products, prepare technical material for technical presentations via website, field/in-house seminars and CDRom. Duties would require some travel (when they went perm) both in the US and Overseas. Associates degree, vocational training certificate, excellent verbal skills, technical writing skills, and knowledge in Word, Excel, PPT, and Adobe Acrobat. 2 years experience in repairing electronic equipment.df-tc
