Description
Gaithersburg, MD - Contract to direct. Were looking for talented individuals with a strong interest in technology to join our client services team as a technical support specialist. Will provide external assistance with deployed PC-based software and/or hosted services, including Web and IVR portals. This position is responsible for helping new clients install, activate and troubleshoot industry-leading software solutions. This position works with a variety of internal teams, including sales, development, and finance, to ensure that customer concerns are addressed quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will posses a passion for problem solving client issues, a strong technical inclination, and an eagerness to learn new skills.
