Job duties include support, monitor, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software problems. Recommend and schedule repairs. Provide end users support for all LAN-based applications. Install and configure workstations. Must have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures. Will rely on pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Work under immediate supervision and must be on-call 24/7 to respond immediately to any system failures. Must have the following experience: 2+ years with Microsoft platform such as Windows XP, Office XP, and Windows 2003; HTML/Web, PC Anywhere, Terminal Service, Norton Antivirus, VPN; printers such as HP, Canon, and Dell. 1 year of experience with call centers and hardware such desktop, laptops, printers.
