Description
PALADIN Consulting is currently seeking a Technical Support Analyst- Field Technician in Blue Ash Ohio. This contract is for 5 months.

REQUIRED:

Hardware Break-fix experience on Dell, Compaq, IBM, & HP desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.

Short Description:
Installing and moving desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals for customer base including data migration.

Complete Description:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to installing and moving desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals for customer base. Responsible for insuring accurate data migration from old desktop/laptop to the new desktop/laptop and all applications are installed and working properly. The Deploy Technician will also be expected to fill in as needed where management determines there is a need.

The ideal candidate will have working level knowledge with respect to:

Compaq, Dell, HP and IBM products (e.g. peripherals, printers, desktops, laptops)
Warranty and Contract Service Level agreements
Diagnostic utilities
Microsoft Office Suite
End user hardware and Software setup and configuration

LOCATION: Blue Ash, OH
DURACTION: 5 Months
RATE: $12.00

Must be able to pass extensive background check and drug screening.
