Description
Our client located in the Circle 75 area is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to assist their internal users and monitor the internal network. This is a Windows XP Environment running Microsoft Office 2003 and 2007. This person will be responsible for installing software, configuring new pc's, troubleshooting both hardware and software, along with correcting password issues and network connectivity issues. This person will spend half of their time supporting end users over the phone and the other half in-person. Any prior exposure to VPN Connectivity and Symantec Anti-virus software will give you a competitive advantage. You must have 3-5 years of solid hands-on support experience.
