Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Analyst for a contract position with a local, large healthcare client. The ideal candidate will have solid experience providing high-level technical support for multiple applications. You will be responsible for PC troubleshooting, connectivity issues and documenting incidents in the tracking system. Knowledge of Remedy tracking system highly desired. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical background, customer service skills, and strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems, device drivers and peripheral/printer troubleshooting.

Required Skills: Call center, help desk or technical support environment; PC troubleshooting: Microsoft Office Suite; overall Networking familiarity.
