If you have at least 5 years experience architecting, deploying and/or supporting global Web security solutions, expert knowledge of Radiant Logic Virtual Directory Server, and would like to work from your home office, read on.

The ideal candidate will be an energetic engineer with proven Radiant Logic experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong work ethic. You must possess the knowledge and experience necessary to act as the primary point of contact for all Radiant Logic issues at an enterprise deployment site. This position requires an extensive understanding of Web application security and architecture, excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills, as well as strong analytical and problem solving capabilities. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable working in a 24x7 environment.

Work from your Home Office, you must have secure, reliable access to a high-speed Internet connection for telecommuting.

What you will be doing:
Act as the central point of contact for all issues related to clients Radiant Logic deployment
Develop, document and maintain an intimate understanding of the deployment such that issue resolution times will be kept to a minimum
Assist with problem analysis and resolution, coordinating across departments as necessary
Work against tightly targeted Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for initial response and update frequency
Coordinate bi-weekly status and review meetings with client to discuss open issues, review past support activity, and plan for future needs surrounding the software deployment
Ensure the reliable, correct operation of production services with 24x7 uptime
The ideal candidate will be equally confident planning, architecting, and deploying Radiant Logic-based security solutions as supporting an existing environment.
You will extend Radiant Logic deployment to other applications, so knowing how to execute this type of process is very important.
Time breakdown of work duties will be approximately 60% forward-facing architecture work/40% supporting the existing deployment.

What you will need for this position:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Mathematics
5 years experience architecting, deploying and/or supporting global Web security solutions
Advanced level knowledge of Radiant Logic
Independent problem-solving, self-direction
Demonstrated working knowledge of Web Servers, clients and browsers, and LDAP directories
Knowledge of common network services and protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, SSH, HTTPS, VPN
Solid Windows & Unix OS skills
Demonstrated understanding of common programming practices
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Experience with the following is strongly preferred: Oracle databases, Web applications Servers, SAML, XML, SOAP, and Web services
Network topology design, security, performance and fault tolerant architecture experience is a plus
